Operations Manager
Limbe Wildlife Centre, Cameroon
Are you passionate about animal welfare and conservation? Do you have the leadership skills to manage a team of animal carers, volunteers and construction staff in a challenging tropical environment? Pandrillus Cameroon is seeking a committed Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations at this rescue and rehabilitation sanctuary.
Role Overview
As an experienced and motivated Operations Manager, you report to the Country Director and oversee animal welfare and daily operations at our rescue and rehabilitation centre in Cameroon. This senior and multifaceted role combines leadership, administration, and hands-on oversight of animal care in a challenging tropical environment.
This position is ideal for a committed conservation professional with strong management and leadership skills and a passion for wildlife protection.

Fundraising and Communications Manager
Limbe Wildlife Centre, Cameroon
The role will work to develop communication and fundraising strategies, researching funding opportunities, identifying grants, writing proposals, and helping with daily communications on e-mail, our website, and on various social media platforms.
Raise funding from granting organisations and individual donors – finding and applying for grants and organising fundraising campaigns – promote wildlife conservation and rehabilitation, and if possible, identify and engage local and international companies to help support our work.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the essential funding and support for the Limbe Wildlife Centre and its related projects.
Fundraising and Communications Officer

The Limbe Wildlife Centre is seeking an enthusiastic volunteer to join the Pandrillus Cameroon team and contribute to our mission of protecting Cameroon’s unique wildlife: take an important and active role in the essential communications and fundraising activities at the LWC.
Are you dedicated, motivated and prepared to make a commitment of at least 6 months? It’s a great opportunity to gain valuable, diverse and exciting experience in a crucial area of conservation – fundraising: social media, donor relations, grant writing and reporting.
Animal Care Coordinator
Are you passionate about animal welfare and wildlife conservation?
The Limbe Wildlife Centre (LWC) is seeking a dedicated Animal Care Coordinator to help ensure the health and well-being of approximately 200 animals, including primates, birds and reptiles.
You will direct and advise animal care staff on best practice and consistent implementation of protocols, including nutrition, enrichment, fence and enclosure maintenance, record-keeping, and routine veterinary care. You need to get to know the animals, and how to care for their issues and needs, researching them when necessary and becoming an expert on their requirements as individuals and groups.
You must be able to coordinate 10 to 20 animal care and related local staff and foreign volunteers, collaborating closely with the Operation Manager and Vet team, ensuring the that the best care and enrichment is provided to all animals each day.
You need to be able to work in a hot, challenging environment, in a different culture, working much of the day outside.
